In Bezug auf die Partnerschaft zwischen Online-Buchungsplattformen (OTA) und Schweizer Hotels halten sich rund 70 Prozent der Beherbergungsbetriebe an die enge Paritätsklausel. Diejenigen, die die Preise digital differenzieren, müssen mit Strafen der OTA rechnen. Les trois OTA principales que sont booking.com, Expedia et HRS totalisent ensemble 93% du marché des plateformes en ligne. Les réservations directes (client-hôtel) par e-mail ou téléphone ont pour leur part passé sous la barre des 60% pour la première fois. Ceci confirme la dépendance croissante des établissements hôteliers vis-à- vis des plateformes de réservation en ligne et de l’importance de l’internet pour les hôteliers. Empfehlungen von anderen Gästen sind im Tourismus das wichtigste Marketinginstrument, da sie im Vergleich zu anderen Werbemassnahmen ein hohes Vertrauen geniessen und deshalb die Entscheidungen bezüglich der Wahl des Anbieters stark beeinflussen.</p> <p><a href="http://www.trustyou.com/" target="_blank">TrustYou</a> aggregiert sämtliche überprüfte Kundenbewertungen von online Plattformen für alle Schweizer Beherbergungsbetriebe und erlaubt detaillierte Auswertungen. Die durchschnittliche Zufriedenheit der Gäste wird mit dem TrustScore gemessen und liegt zwischen 0 und 100.
